Key Responsibilities- 3D store design and technical drawings
- Mall submissions, approvals and coordination
- Contractor and supplier sourcing and management
- Complete site execution and project supervision
- Budget, timeline and quality management
- MEP, joinery, lighting, signage and shopfront coordination
- Snagging, completion and final handover
- 5+ years of experience in retail design, fit-out, or project management
- Strong AutoCAD / 3D design skills
- Proven experience working with shopping malls
- UAE/GCC retail experience preferred

We're looking for a detail-driven Finance Executive to support our Finance Manager in running the company's day-to-day financial operations — keeping our accounting accurate, our reporting on time, our controls strong, and our compliance with UAE statutory and company requirements airtight.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Accounting & Reporting: Prepare monthly management accounts, financial schedules, and reporting packs
- Financial Controls & Compliance: Uphold company finance policies, internal controls, and approval procedures
- Budgeting & Analysis: Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
- Data Management: Maintain financial data systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at every step
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar finance/accounting role, ideally in retail or a fast-paced commercial environment
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and accounting software
- Sharp attention to detail with a methodical, deadline-driven approach
- Sound understanding of UAE statutory and compliance requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
